Reducing belly fat can be done naturally, fast, and lasting if you have the proper information. Here are a few tips that have been proven medically to be very effective to reducing belly fat naturally as well as complete body fat.

To enjoy a successful and healthy lifestyle you must incorporate the basic principles. Proper nutrition consisting of fiber, monounsaturated fat, protein, vitamins, minerals, and complex carbs. Get at least 7 hours of sleep a night, drink plenty of water, and use a mix of cardio and strength training for exercising.

Reducing belly fat fast and naturally is boosted when you have your metabolism going in high gear. There are many ways to raise your metabolism and keep it going in high gear. However, today I will touch on the easiest method and it is something you can start right now.

Eat more often throughout the day. Yes, I am telling you to eat more often but I am not telling you to eat a ton of food more often. Eat smaller portions 5 to 6 times a day. Eating more often throughout the day causes your body to process faster therefore skyrocket your metabolism into reducing belly fat and complete body fat.

When you eat less often your body stores the food instead of processing it your body holds on to it longer and causes your metabolism to go very slow as a protection from starving.

I eat 6 times a day example of a day for me:

  • Breakfast- fiber one bar
  • Snack- Serving of almonds
  • Lunch- Sandwich and chips (subway/baked lays)
  • Snack- sometimes serving of almonds but fiber related
  • Dinner- salad, lean meat, veggies, bread
  • Snack- sweet tooth time kept under 200 calories
  • I drink water and iced tea throughout the day.
  • This runs between 1500 and 2000 calories a day.
