The very first thing I did each and every day is affirm with myself that I am making the best choices I can make in regards to foods I eat and exercise. I told myself I was doing a great job at losing weight, I saw myself as a skinny me, and I had visions of shopping for new clothes (skinny clothes). You simply download the program and let the affirmation software do it’s job. It allows you to feed positive affirmations directly to your subconscious with zero conscious effort.
I learned about reduce belly fat foods. These are foods that help your metabolism and if you add just one serving of any of them to each meal you eat you will see a difference. I also learned about almonds and a study that was done detailing the benefits of almonds for weight loss.
I found a great at home workout program that I was able to follow along with a personal trainer yet at my own pace right at home. This program turned me into a weight loss “guru”. It was with this program and my fast weight loss that I got inspired to help you lose the weight you want to lose.
There are several ways you can go about getting yourself moving at your own pace and one of those is dancing. Dancing is a great way to get started for someone who is not used to exercise. Start out this way and before you know it your workouts will increase and you start to explore other workouts such as resistance bands or invest in a home fitness gym.
