Both of them living in different areas with different food taboos are called the traditional diet.

There are a number of different food sources from which you can select your diet plan. After selecting a diet plan related to your own food taboo you should stick to it so that you can have a proper amount of minerals and vitamins every day that is beneficial for your health.

A person should be able to make a diet plan of his/her own and stick to that. You should choose only that diet that is highly notorious and healthy for your body. Beware an unhealthy diet might lead to many diseases and may damage the nervous system over time. Junk food is highly prohibited world wide as it is not healthy and notorious at all. Try to find out a diet that gives you the most vitamins and minerals in one day by eating less, but would serve the entire purpose of your diet.
