The cliche “excess of everything is bad” is quite right when it comes to weight loss matters. It is so true, when we talk about our daily eating habits. I am going to reveal in a while the missing secret, which could be keeping you away from healthy body and nonetheless the slim and trim body. It is so part of our routine, that hardly, we pay any attention to it. Sometimes, the truth is very near us, only we act ignorant to it. As I am writing this article, you might be already having this either in your breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Ok, let me spill the beans for you, it is none other than wheat based foods and juices derived from general fruits. Do not be shocked at these revelations. It is quite a general belief that having wheat and juice in the diet is good for you health. Yes, it is good to an extent, however, if you over do it, it will prove to be counterproductive.

Let me explain you this in detail, see wheat based foods became part of our eating habits only couple of thousand years back.. However, its usage grew over 100 hundred back only. As compared to other foods, which have been part of our civilization since thousands of years back, the wheat based food is quite new to our digestive system. Therefore, overeating of this could cause our body to hold on the fat for longer period.

It is quite fascinating to know, when wheat based foods is eliminated from the diet, the results are quite interesting. Many people lose fat faster and also at the same time get rid of indigestion problems.

Now, let us talk about fruit juices. Yes, it is healthy, but overindulging in it, may increase the appetite for food. When you drink a juice, it does not keep you full for long, which in turns increases the cravings for more food. This is quite a different from having fruit. Fruits have fiber, which makes you satisfied for long and is excellent for health.
