Belly Fat Exercises

I am always looking for great belly fat exercises that I can do in a short amount of time. Even though I am a stay at home mom I have much more on my daily agenda then I have time for. Especially in the summer time when my son is home from school.

My morning starts pretty early as I like to get as much work done as possible before my son wakes up and the house is filled with the neighborhood kids. During the school year I would perform my belly fat exercises and strength training routine just after I got home from dropping my son off at school.

Now that he is home I try to get some work done before he wakes up. I answer my emails from people who are losing weight through products I recommend, I work on new articles to hep people reduce their belly fat, and I catch up with my twitter and facebook friends.

Before I know it my son is up. Once I get him situated with breakfast, shower, and hanging out time the kids from the neighborhood start showing up. As he heads outside to play I have time to get more work done yet no time to fit in my belly fat exercises during the afternoon.

I wanted a solution and I found a great one from my friends at www.diet.com. The best part about this solution is I get all the kids in the neighborhood in on this.

So on the days that I can not find the time to fit in my full belly fat exercise routine I gather all the kids and we preform the exercises in this video. I usually do this in the evening, it helps them get their last bit of energy out before they all head home for the night.
