My name is Susan Brodnax and I am a former fat girl on a quest to get people lose weight and keep it off!
I am here to tell you that you can lose the weight you want and you can do it with a natural diet and in home fitness program. You won’t drop 50 pounds in a month or anything crazy like that, think about it you didn’t put 50 pounds on in a month did you?
I have been in your shoes and I have done the research to know what works and what doesn’t. When I started my journey I knew nothing about how to reduce belly fat, tone up, and get healthy. I was a junk food junkie who ate fast food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I thought I was going to have to give up everything I loved in order to get rid of my stubborn belly fat. I was wrong and I was doing it all wrong.
Long story short I lost 82 pounds total and it only took me 10 months to do it. It has been almost three years since I reached my goal weight. I haven’t gained any of the weight back! I am still 118 pounds today. I didn’t give anything up to do it either. I didn’t take pills. I didn’t cut any foods out. I didn’t have surgery. I didn’t do any of the next big “reduce belly fat fad”.
I lost my weight with eating a nutritional diet and a moderate strength training program with a home fitness workout. I didn’t join a gym and I didn’t have to buy any major equipment either. As a matter of fact it cost me far less money to actually really get rid of my stomach fat for good then it did all the failed attempts before, far less.
Mike Geary changed my life with his Truth About Abs diet and fitness guide. His program taught me how to eat and how to get my body moving the right way with strength training with an in home fitness exerciese. I couldn’t thank him enough so I decided to pay it forward and share my story to inspire you to get real and lose your unwanted stubborn belly fat for good the right way.
